Mtz Transport 8594 US Highway 87 East, San Antonio, TX 78263

"Damaged goods! My auction items were damaged during transport. MTZ has a $1000 deductible with their insurance provider Progressive. MTZ won’t pay me the deductible. Won’t answer their phone won’t do their part. They claim they informed the ship it broker Freight City Logistocs, that items would be damaged and the broker says they didn’t. Then they all tried to claim they told me. The only thing I got from any of them were photos after the damage had occurred. MTZ didn’t even try to do anything. Cover it, secure it, nothing. They just drove it on. Judging by their speed on interception to delivery site, where they just blew right past me, they didn’t care what their speed was during transport either. Then the driver Rolando claimed it was his brother Ruben who was present for loading and they changed spots somewhere along the way. It actually looked like they tied the ratchet straps too tight and bent the building then the wind caught it. They will not answer phones and will not pay their deductible for damages."

"This morning while driving north on I35, a MTZ truck hauling rocks had no cover securing their load. The load was even above the threshold of the top of the truck. As I attempted to drive past the truck using the middle lane, multiple rocks fell off the truck, striking my windshield. I immediately honked and got behind the truck to get the information. The truck didn't stop. So at 6am, I called the number for the company, no one answered. I am looking into what legal or state solutions I can use to get my windshield fixed. I have pictures and will post it possible. Incident happened in San Marcos."

"I worked for Ruben for over 2 years great place to work equipment is fairly new but of course it all depends on how you take care of your equipment on truck zero complaints Ruben is extremely fair with all employees I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great start with honest people"

"All these guys lying about this company. The equipment is bad,their mechanics always half fix their trucks and Ruben the owner always TRY to blame his Drivers for anything that goes wrong with his truck. The pay is 25% of gross no benefits or nothing. This job only good for getting on your feet,not good for nothing else. If u want a good paying job,go to M Company,that's where he leased on at. They pay their drivers dam good."
