"This company has great local loads if you aren’t wanting to travel far. The dispatchers are friendly (the ones I’ve dealt with) people. My only concern is sending to a drop location with a BOL, having them wrote one up. I thought it would’ve been a problem, it wasn’t my factoring company reached out to the person who gave me the load and I got paid with a hand written BOL. I just wish the local load paid a little more with hard time and gas being so expensive. It’s been no issues running for the company so I’ll keep on taking the loads for them."

"Horrible company. They reached out originally to see if we needed assistance with our shipping needs. I gave them lots of info, and they came back with higher than average freight quotes (about $500 per each rug, that most companies will ship for $300 or less). I told them and moved on, in the year since, I have been called no less than 20 times, maybe more, by TQL. They will not leave me alone, and refuse to completely remove me from their calling list. So every call I get, I will write another review."

"I've been running TQL loads for about 4 yrs. Approx 40% to 50% of my loads are TQL loads from the DAT load board. Over-all I'd say I feel an automatic level of confidence booking TQL loads that you don't get when booking through smaller brokers. I've never had an issue with payment, they've always worked quickly with my factoring company on the rare occasion that there's been a problem with a shipper or whatever. I've also run power only loads where they've quickly dispatched a repair guy to fix a tire or equipment on the customer's trailer. They've kept me rolling. Their after hrs staff can handle most issues and so far I've never had to sit "till morning" or "till Monday" to resolve a problem. I've never had anyone there be rude or disrespectful to me, always friendly and professional, and I've been able to cultivate some great relationships with numerous brokers there that have helped my business flourish, even during these tough 2022 times. Unlike some other brokerages I've booked through over the years I feel with TQL that 99.9% of the time everything's gonna go smoothly. I highly recommend them!"

"The very worst I've ever worked with they have no sympathy no compassion will set you up for failure and won't care, will step on the little company and use and abuse you without any remorse. The only reason I gave a star was to leave a review. You have a AM drop off, broker calls you to confirm your on time. And you are! Once you check in you then find out that you have to wait until 10:00 AM for your pick up truck to cross the boarder in order to get offload. You call the broker who literally does not care! Not to mention you lose your pick up load because your still waiting to be offload. This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with! Your time means nothing! If your wheels are not rolling your not making money in this business!"
