"I am grateful for the services this place gives. All the therapists seem friendly with the parents and children. Therefore having said that, the only two downfalls would be not being able to be there while your child is being given the therapy if you have another child with you due to regulations. The second downfall is in my opinion the movies they show as they are not all suitable and exposure for small children. Overall it’s been a pleasant experience."

"My nephew has started going to therapy and he loves it! The front desk ladies are very professional and responsive. The occupational therapist Daniel was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable through the entire evaluation process. I highly recommend this clinic."

"We had been going to the Edinburg location. My son was doing so well & began to show progress. Unfortunately we stopped going because the place is filthy. With in the 3 months of going My son has gotten 4 different infections and viruses. When I called to tell them I won’t be taking him anymore I was told that they do clean daily but not in between sessions. Classrooms or hands are not being washed. therapists just jump from one kid to another with out sanitizing. The lady I spoke to did tell me it was the doctors fault for even recommending me there. Very disappointed in the attitude of the receptionists at this establishment. I did go ahead and made reports to the insurance hopefully they will take proper precautions and do what’s right for the well being of the children"

"Therapists are great and friendly. My son loved each therapist he worked with during his time here. They helped get him to become confident with talking. The front desk was why I would not recommend this place, especially with Angie. She is rude on the phone but nice in person. They are unorganized, rude, and condescending. I had issues with rescheduling and being told the right time. I had several times where they told me on the phone when the appointment was going to be rescheduled for but later find out that they reschedule for hours later or didn’t actually reschedule. Also, they would forget to call you about canceling appointments."
