"Very unprofessional. Medical assistants were not even wearing face masks even tho there were people COUGHING. Also staff are quite unfriendly. Doctor barely listened to the symptoms I was having. He didnt ask any questions in regards to how long i was having them, or what other symptoms i had, or any follow up questions, etc. Instead, he rushed the consultation time and just said it was NORMAL and dismissed it as some allergy without suggesting blood tests or a checkup. I had to ask for some blood tests because i was worried. I dont think chest pains and dizziness are normal symptoms... Anyway, like I said, doctors there dont really care, they rush you, staff unfriendly, etc. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend and WILL definitely NOT go again."

"I would put no stars but I can't just went in for a drug test and a non dot physical the staff real friendly ill give them 5 stars BUT the doctor OMG just because I coughed 1 time the doctor didn't wanted to see me until I had a strep and a covid test done wich he wanted to charged me 210 dollars out my pocket SMFH first he needs to put a sign that says if u cough,sneeze,or whatever symptoms they they will not attend u"

"ANTI-MILITARY!!! NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!!! This location and in McAllen are the same. I am a servicemember that has to go see this business for medical screenings which is handle through a 3rd party company that handles info, scheduling and payment for me thru the service. This company first refused to see me then asked me to leave. All because I did not want to fill out thier own paperwork which is their policy apparently. Forms with my info that they already have from the 3rd party company mind you, but also want all servicemembers to sign a form that they agree to be financially liable if the 3rd party company has any issue paying. They have also in the past tried to make copies of military id. So go anywhere else but here"

"I had a great experience here! The wait time wasn’t very long at all and the doctor was extremely kind. He didn’t rush through the appointment and is running through all precautions to make sure everything is okay with my health. Definitely recommend!"
