"Called in advance to make sure they were taking walk-ins for TB skin test and I was told yes. Got to the clinic and front desk girl told me it was by appointment only. Told her I called and was told I could be seen as a walk-in. She then just sat there, didn’t tell me a single thing for 5 minutes. I asked her whether I could be seen or not, if not so that I could leave. She said “I’m going to ask, they’re busy, can’t you see?!” So I left. NEVER AGAIN. Staff is always very rude every time I’ve gone and this was my last straw."

"Providers are amazing!!! The front people thought oh my goodness so rude! The skinny girl with the long fake eyelashes is by farthest the rudest of them off. I heard how she expresses herself about the patients and the way she speaks like she’s so unbothered and doesn’t seem to have empathy for patients is astonishing. Since the change was made it has gotten worst. You all should train your front end people because they are not a good representation for the amazing physician’s"

"Here’s a word of advice: try to get a copy of your prescription before you leave. It’s been three days since the visit to the doctor and after multiple calls and attempts by pharmacies and myself to transfer the prescription, they’ve yet to make it available. Their answering service is just voicemail, and that’s during business hours. Otherwise, my experience was decent and I felt the the doctor was helpful and patient."

"This is the SECOND time I've been turned away for medical services. This time, they told me that they only take appointments without notifications to their patients. There weren't any patients in the waiting room, and there were 2 cars in the parking lot. They told me that my PCP didn't want to take more patients tonight because he needed to review all the charts. In the end, they told me to go to the hospital for treatment. Thanks a lot Family Medical Day & Night Clinic! Thanks for nothing."

"Most horrible place ever!!! Would rate negative 5 stars if available! Only went because that was his PCP and supposedly available for today. Waited 4 hours for them to call my brother in, it took us 10mins to go in since he fractured his foot/ is disabled. We did tell them that it was going to take him a little to go in since we had to park by the ramp. When we got in they said they had to skip him supposedly because they didnt know his situation and would be next. We waited another hour and a half for them to say that the doctor only signs the prescriptions on Wednesdays and Fridays after an evaluation!!?!!? It is obvious and very visible that he is disabled, fractured, and hurt!!!!!! Beyond upset!"
