"Amazon Venders should never use such an unreliable company, Ordered some large product, 600lbs. it has been sitting the their center since the 4th of the month, I called then twice to get it schedule only to find out they somehow have the wrong number on the 3rd call to them (number does not match my order), Then after it gets scheduled 1.5 weeks later and we are informed we are scheduled between 9 to 1 but will be closer to the 9am to 10am. We call at 1pm and get told that the driver is on a stop before us and is almost done then will be heading to us, 4:30 pm and no show, we call again and get informed he ran over his hours allowed on his card so he cant make the delivery, and we had to call them for this information. Asking vender to take product back (hope they say yes) and I will pay $200.00 more just to not have to deal with this."
