"The guys were nice enough, but I had to help them put the bed together, and the mattress was ripped. Thankfully purple warranties the cover, but I would think being that purple is so expensive they would find a better delivery. Nothing white glove about this place."

"I took delivery of a shed with them and they did excellent work. They hauled into my backyard just like I requested despite the muddy ground since it rained overnight. Very happy with their service."

"I understand that drivers get busy with their deliveries and cannot keep up with the window given for deliveries but would really appreciate if they can give a heads-up to customers who are waiting out for the whole day on when they would turn up. Was given a 11am-3pm window and he turned up at 5.15pm. He was good but communication about delay is crucial so that people can plan for their work day etc."

"Been trying to contact them for over a week now because I ordered an item through Amazon and need to return it since I was delivered the wrong item. Amazon says it’s the shipping company’s problem and that I need to wait for them to contact me to schedule a day to pick up. I have received no word from them after putting in a customer service request three times and it’s not looking like I’m going to. “24 hour customer service”? I haven’t even gotten a minute of their time. Zero contact information on their website that is actually useful as well."

"Absolutely horrific. I cannot believe they think this is okay. They left a 800lb box (completely damaged) half way up our stairs to our home entry, making it so that we had to climb over the ledge to get in and out of our home. The fact that they thought it was okay to leave a box like this blows my mind. We had to put ourselves in harms way to be able to access our home for over 4 days waiting for them to come and pick up the package. (We sent it right back) When we called to speak with someone about why this package was just left and why they didn’t stick to their schedule and their signature required delivery, they had no words other than not being able to come and remove the package for over 4 days. I cannot believe that they would put people in this much of harms way. This is a personal injury liability, not to mention a fire hazard. I hope that for the next couple days waiting for them to come pick up the package, that someone doesn’t get hurt trying to get in and out of our home… As you can see from the photos, our walkway (stairs) are completely blocked. Horrible."
