"The worst service, inoperative, unable to do anything right. A total and absolute lack of commitment. On the same trip they lost my suitcase twice, the first time they destroyed my suitcase, after a ten-day delay in delivering it to me, even though they promised to do it within 24 hours. If you are traveling with AA, avoid stops in Dallas. When these things happen, their customer service is terrible, no one gives answers, they cut off your calls when they don't know what to tell you. All they do is apologize and reiterate a "we're doing our best" speech. A total lie. Incapable of solving a problem. An absolute shame. Dedicate yourself to something else."
"Cant believe itd been almost a month without turners. What's the point of having a prebooked Airway bill if you gonna make us fill one out. Beside that, counter people seem like they dont know what they doing."
