"Nick and Xavier did a great job, they arrived on time and were very professional. They worked in a fast paced matter that made my move very easy and fast. They definitely deserve 5 stars and asking for them next time I move. I highly recommend them if anyone is looking for an easy and great move. They make a great team together, great jobs guys . "Javier and Edwin did a good job but I did find some damages to some of my belongings and even after asking twice, they did not reattach my dresser mirror. I even helped them unwrap all the tape and remove and fold the blankets that were supposed to protect my belongings. By doing this saved time and a few $$’s as the move exceeded my budget a great deal and I literally only moved across the street. Though it was from a house to a condo, not all the contents of the house were taken. What was supposed to take two to three hours tops, took almost 9 hours!!! I was advised to not dispute what was missing, but to dispute the timing of the move which ended up costing far greater than the contents of what was not found. Two Beds-Qn and Full One six drawer dresser One bureau Two small sofa tables One armoire(light) Three side tables Red hutch(desk) Grey hutch (small) Bar height dining table w/4 chairs One side chair One desk chair 24 bottle wine fridge Sofa Two side chairs(light) Three tvs Six drawer cabinet Washer/dryer Ladder The rest were boxes and moving bags Piano taken to storage across the street This took nine hours!!! I don’t understand why it took so long!! I’m not saying they didn’t do a good job, just make sure you watch them, definitely do an inventory of boxes even if they say there are cameras inside the van that “keeps an eye” on what they are doing. And definitely get the insurance."

"Office staff is friendly which is why I gave them 2 stars. If you care about your things, don’t hire this company. I have been jerked around, not responded to, left email after email about my claim because their movers broke my desk buttons off, put unnecessary holes in my buffet table and broke the corner of my buffet table and wanted to offer me $90. I was charged over $1400 for their services and this is what my stuff is worth to them. Never again."
