Kindness Creators Intergenerational Preschool

"We have been SO grateful we found Kindness Creators Preschool back in 2021! Our child has been thriving there and we cannot wait for her younger sibling to join the KC family next year. We love the intergenerational interactions/programming, which keep getting better and better since the pandemic (an isolating time for all). We continue to be very impressed with the ongoing communication between caregivers and educators, the flexibility of scheduling, the focus on play and social-emotional learning, and the intentionality the school utilized (and continues to) as it relates to the health and safety of the students, teachers, and residents of the Oak Park Arms. Our child loves the walking adventures to neighborhood parks, the intergenerational activities in the Ballroom, and the summer field trips around Oak Park! KC has assembled an amazing team and program!"

"Our 4 year old has been attending Kindness Creators for 2 years and he has absolutely thrived. The teachers and seniors are so engaging with all of the kids. There is a big focus on social and emotional intelligence and they really meet each child where they are at. We feel extremely lucky that there is an intergenerational program right in Oak Park and are grateful to be part of this school community."

"On top of an amazing mission that connects preschoolers with seniors the teachers and aids are incredible and know that kids are different and have different needs Our son's grandparents are out of state so we appreciate the time with "senior friends." The preschool does trick or treating, ice cream social and holiday events with the seniors that our son gets really excited about. Great for working parents too. They have early bird and after school care until 6:00. So few schools have the hours that families with two working parents need. And they host summer camp too!"

"We have had the most magical and amazing daycare experience at Kindness Creators. It’s such a unique experience- my daughter has built amazing relationships with the residents in Oak Park Arms and has empathy and relationship- building skills I definitely did not have at her age! Jamie, Pam, and the whole staff at KC are amazing teachers and wonderful people. I wish I could go back in time and bring my older boys to daycare here. Highly recommend ! You will not regret it."
