ESA is neither a resort nor high-end luxury hotel, but the rooms and premises are clean and well-maintained. Pricing varies based on location but is always an outstanding value, especially when one considers money saved by grocery shopping and preparing meals in the kitchenette area. Suites feature a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, electric dual-burner cooktop, microwave, kitchen sink, numerous large cupboards for pantry/dish storage, as well as generous countertop area for food prep. Dishes, pots/pans, and utensils (if needed) are all available for purchase at the front desk, or BYO (recommended). The ESA in Rolling Meadows, IL, provides all that with a friendly staff, always eager to help. All reasonable requests are welcome, and most are accommodated! The camaraderie, and consistency of cheerful demeanor among all the attendants and service reps makes staying here an easy first choice. Highly recommended!"
