"Just brought back my dog from grooming and as soon as we are in the house I notices a spot on his back and it turned out to be flea!!!! My dog has flea protection thankfully but to have him come from grooming and bring back a flea is just disturbing! I’m beyond words and really disgusted with this situation! Never bringing him there again!"

"I can not say enough great things about this place. I've been taking my dog to one of the big box pet supply stores for grooming since he was a puppy and loved the groomer we had. She moved to Biscuts and Bows so we decided to try them out. I am so happy we did. The grooming was great of course because she knows him and what I like and we paid less than half what PS charges. That is all great and worth it but beyond that he seems WAY less stressed than normal!!!! Usually when I get him home he won't let me touch him for the rest of the day and gives me dirty looks. Not today! It is a cage free place so he wasn't locked up for half the day. She even put him in his own fence because he is nervous around other dogs. I recommend making an appointment with Cat!!!!
