"I inquired about the preschool program for my daughter and I was told that they wouldn’t be in the office until the first week August. Everytime I called no matter what the time of day was, the phone went to voicemail. I left several voicemails and finally someone named Naomi Nova got back to me and sent me two pre-screening questionnaires to send in for my daughter to be scheduled for a screening. I sent them back within a couple of hours of getting them and didn’t hear anything back. I called and left voicemails almost everyday and no one got back to me. I finally got a hold of her again and was told that I was probably on the list to be called back and scheduled for a screening. I told her I sent back the questionnaire almost two weeks ago and she said she will check why they haven’t called me and call me back. I didn’t receive a call back so I went to the office where I told that there were 3 questionnaires to be completed and I didn’t receive a call back as I only sent back two. I was only sent two questionnaires. I was also told that they didn’t call me back because she has 69 voicemails. If your work phone has 69 voicemails because you never answer the phone and you can’t go through them and call parents back to do your job then that is highly unprofessional. I was told that since my daughter doesn’t have delays and we don’t need financial assistance, the kids who do will have priority in getting a spot over my daughter but that they’ll see if she can maybe still get in. I assumed that screening was done to see which kids need extra help and which kids are advanced, but it seems as though it’s only done to pick out the delayed kids and give them all the spots in the program. This was a very big waste of my time and luckily there was one more spot at another preschool. Look elsewhere for preschool options if you are not part of their favored demographic, delayed and needing financial assistance."

"I had bad experience for my son's pre-kindergarten admission. My son went for screening and informed me "He got selected and eligible for the program. Also we will send the admission details thru mail". After that, I didn't get any update from them. I called up couple of times to get the update. But no response. We went directly to get the update of school admission details. That time, she is informing me as "he is not selected for the program". We were shocked, since we are waiting for the admission details, they are telling as he is not selected. I don't know, why they are wrongly communicated initially. They are simply asking sorry. If they could of inform on time , We could try others school earlier. They don't have proper communication process. They have all our mail address, email-I'd and phone number. But not communicated. Changing their word frequently. I don't know, how kids learn good things from them."

"Awesome!!!! My bb girl goes there and will go and the teachers are wonderful Ms.Erb is her teacher and we love her so much she gives my bb girl equal oportunities as the others yet my bb has down sindrome..."
