Meineke Recreation Center is a vibrant community hub located at 220 East Weathersfield Way in Schaumburg, Illinois. Our facility offers a wide range of recreational activities and programs for individuals of all ages.
Recently, our Expressions Dance Company showcased their talent at the Applause Talent Competition, and we are proud to announce that they achieved great results. We also want to recognize the hard work and dedication of Schaumburg Park District Commissioners David Johnson and Robert Schmidt.

"It is a wonderful place, however, staff do not keep up with maintenance of the LIFETIME treadmills and bikes. There are always 2-3 treadmills that do not have a TV or a heart monitor which can be dangerous for some who depend upon it. The weekday day staff are friendly and courteous but the weekend kids often have their heads down on the counter sleeping and, even when told that the cleaning towelettes are empty or the hand rail is filthy, ignore your request. Machines are not routinely cleaned between the days or maintained."
"The park is awesome for the kids of all ages from 4 year old to 16 year old. It has tennis court, basketball court, swimming pools, gyms, baseball court, and hill climbing, . Another new section is building for kids playground too. Running race with time keeping and ninja exercise things. I really recommend it for everyone who is living in surroundings area."
"Great park with a lot to offer. Includes tennis courts, pools, playgrounds and a really cool ninja course for both kids and adults. There is a timer that allows you to try for your personal best."
