"Nice store, however when you try to return something they want to give you next to nothing. I went in with an exchange, just wanted a different size, I was told I could get a refund of $18 and buy the correct size for the current price of $29. I had to debate this with the store manager before he would make an even exchange."

"I have been to this location before and it was a pleasant experience especially in the new building. Yesterday I went with my mother, and while we were looking in the women's/junior's clothes there was an employee frantically running around, bumping into us at every clothes rack we stopped at, and swearing/complaining. It rushed me out of the section and I definitely bought less items than I had planned. I can understand someone having a bad day but this was more and seemed like it happens often. I think the store should be aware of the feelings this employee is expressing and attempt to help or relieve the stress this person was clearly experiencing."

"Place had a great selection of clothing but what I was most impressed with was the service I received from the rep Natalya. She was very patient and helpful and made my decision for purchase a lot easier. They are lucky to have her kind, pleasant personality."
