"I will be moving my business account from this Bank. The tellers are not friendly, the lines are always long, and there is no customer service by phone. They have a local number, but no one ever picks up."
"The disabled parking spaces in this bank are in shambles. Pavement is rough and the ISA symbol is faded. Get ready for the lawsuit if an elderly person trips and falls while getting in and out of their vehicles due to it being a trip hazard."
"Always a long line. Busines center line is NOT exclusive to onlu "busines accounts"; if you are making a line don't expect to be attended fast in the "business clients" line... they will take others of the other line before you... their's no "exclusive" service... they say they do this because its part of the protocol - understandable... they do this because the long line of none "busines clients" (they tend to be longer) so they help them... just go to a different bank, they ALWAYS take a long time; i go about 2 times a week and it's always the same. Long lines and few cashiers..."
"After being closed on Veterans Day, you would think to have more tellers available. Also, if you have a dedicated business line yet you ignore that line to service another then don’t have a business line. From all the negative reviews I’ve seen, it’s time that corporate gets involved & may want to rethink having 2 “Greeters” and placing 1 of them as a Teller. I thought this was a Bank not Walmart."
