This manager should take some lessons from the real staff that makes this location succeed. Gloria has impolite interaction and poor communication channels with the people that make this location exist and treats customers as if she was doing us a favor. I guess she doesn't realize that it's us (the customers) that make it possible for her to be there. Once I finish paying my loan off, I will not be going there anymore."

The manager, Gloria, practically called us liars. We gave her information that later she denied we told her. She is rude, disrespectful, and condescending. I would definitely go to another location. "Applied online for alone and was approved. The next 3 mornings a lady named Monica called me to get more information. Problem is I work nights in the oilfield and I was asleep when she called. On the 3rd afternoon I was able to call her back. For the past 3 days I've been getting the run around, she's on the other line she's where the customer or she's out of office. She will not call me back. To me it's rude and very unprofessional. At least send a email and say that you don't want my business."
