"Terrible customer service, who ever worked on Saturday morning 09/30/23 . The lady made me waste my time and money Just to find out she dint approve my documents because the logo of the bank wasn’t on the paper . Like seriously you could just accept my documents . All the information she needed was on those papers ,But she was being lazy not wanting to work on a Saturday morning . Bottom line I went somewhere else was able to get a proved for a good amount of money with the same documents and great customer service . When you really want to help a customer ? You go way and beyond . Obviously this lady dint wanted to her job . If I could rate this place 0 . Because she makes the company look bad."
