"A few things, my fiancé and I just bought a house so Home Depot has become a multiple trip a day stop for us. First, employees are so hard to find once you actually need them, second they will tell you literally anything to get you to sit down for a sale and then lie through their teeth. Example being we needed all new appliances, they had a deal for their credit card for 0% no interest for 24mths, went through the purchase and received the statement, it was only 6mths. I called customer service and had to argue to get the deal. We had photos of the 100 signs they had in the store. Second we needed a faucet and they had one today on sale for 129, went to go purchase it, no it’s 150. Showed them the sign and tried to reason but they weren’t listening. Finally, we go here a lot and they noticed and encouraged us to sign up for the Home Depot pro to get cash back for every 5k spent, they didn’t choose to tell us this excludes us from the 11% off rebates you apply for online. Word to the wise, you make more money on the rebates unless you’re a big contractor. Now for carpet installation, we moved into a house that used to have a Asbestos but there was only glue now. The guy to measure for carpet started tearing up floor to see what was under?? Then swore up and down that the glue was asbestos too, well we paid for the test it was negative. Then paid for the carpet just to get harassed about getting more testing done. We needed to abate the floor, even though it was negative, and get an air quality test. Had to spend 3k on testing for carpet because no one gave us a straight answer. We only continued to go through Home Depot cause we got their credit card cause of the 0% interest deal. Everytime we make a purchase that fits in the deal, we have to call and demand it be changed."

"There were many people in the place, but all with masks. I needed some boxes of a specific size, a worker helped me and was helping me for about 20 minutes and could not find them although he was kind enough to recommend me to go to Menard, I kept looking and found the boxes I was looking for at a very good price. In the end, I left that store very satisfied. Mask required to enter. Thank you"

Before one time when no where to appear black hair women with a tall men, who looks protective, anyways it wasn’t suspicious until she start to asking about my address, want to give me approval for some credit card for the holidays season.
