"Think there needs to be better communication company wide . I went to 4 Gecu to use coin machine . On website says coin machine at every location . Not true . Went to gecu on Montwood by joe battle no machine . Went to one on Rojas out of device . Than viscount out of service . Than dyer out of service . Driving in this heat to 4 locations. . To top it off I called customer service to see if they could tell me which ones had machines and if they have received any notice of machines not working . And no notice . They wasted 2-3 hours of my time ."
"I went yesterday 3/31/21 and had agent Gracy who had bad customer service and also didn’t do her job correctly shred my atm card the one she didn’t supposed to. I have to get this fix on the phone thanks to Pat so now I am waiting for a new atm card. Idk if this lady was giving me just attitude since I am “Karen” even though I could have done it but didn’t feel like arguing with her but honestly I expected from younger agent not having good customer service but to a mid 40 lady to have ugly customer service she should look for another job is she doesn’t like her job."
