"I'm very disappointed. My husband received a t-shirt for Christmas, he didn't like the color. I was told I could only get a different size since I didn't have a receipt. It was a present, so naturally, I didn't have a receipt. The cashier said it was company policy. That is a BAD policy."
"Not a huge fan of a certain manager at the gun counter. Guy is a condescending prick. But doesn’t delete the great service David gives he knows what he’s talking about when it comes to weapons and will point you in the right direction when trying to purchase a fire arm or getting ammo look for David! Great service already bought 3 weapons with him."
"If I could give less than a one star rating I would. I am on state active duty orders and temporarily assigned to El Paso. I have a license to carry, a Texas driver’s license and a military ID. I was told that I cannot purchase a firearm at this location because I am on temporary orders in temporary housing. So as long as I am employed by the Texas Military Department I cannot purchase a firearm? My LTC means nothing? Thanks for supporting the military."
"The customer service and greeter at the door could do with a little more training. I came for a pickup and he quickly marked my receipt as picked up without checking whether the item was in stock or not. Then he did not what to do next. Luckily a manager/sup passed by and he took over the situation. The greeter was ok... just needed more training. The store looked clean and well maintained. Some empty spaces in the shelves, but that was to be expected."
"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. My cousin went into this place and tried to purchase a firearm for protection and was denied because of the color of his skin. My cousin served this country and this is how he is treated? Sad world we live in! Do better!"
