"In comparison to other dining establishments within the El Paso area, when using menu, service, and price as metrics, this is mid. At best. Save yourself the experience of being surrounded with the visual stimulation created by a Target picture aisle mating with Amazon discount artwork. However, if you too also like to live dangerously, you may enjoy the ambiance created by dudes who arrive to dine wearing their gym clothing. Don’t get me wrong; I fully endorse people getting their sweat on in their Underarmor attire. Just not so sure I dig it when I’m trying to eat my ceviche tower that looks nothing like the restaurant’s picture. The food was hit and miss. The ceviche tower looked like a 5-year old’s art project, but tasted better. Very nice presentation with the oysters. The mains presented with a minimalist’s touch, as expected, but lacked any inspiration expected from a $50 a plate establishment. The duck was cooked nicely, but lacked any real flavor outside of nicely cooked duck. The Steak Diane has a very delightful and rich sauce, but looked like it was plated by Stevie Wonder. PS…if you order an imported beer from this place, check the expiration date on the back and expect to pour it yourself. Mine was a year expired. The staff was adequate, but either ill-trained or gave zero cares about the service provided. They are neither knowledgeable on the menu items, which should be a fine dining crime, nor do they have the whereabouts to open a bottle of wine and pour the first glass. Consideration; there were two staff working the complete dining room. Secondary Consideration; half the main dining area was not set up, with chairs stacked upon each other like a closed local bingo hall. Overall, this establishment receives a three star rating. If the banana foster wasn’t absolutely delicious, it would get a two. Don’t believe the pictures on the site; the food didn’t look remotely similar, nor was there any cloths on the tables. It was almost as if this place wasn’t sure if it was open for business or not. Better places to dine include, but are not limited to, Anson 11, Taft Diaz, Cedar and Vine, Victoria’s, and Mamacitas."

"We had our company holiday dinner at Mesa Street Grill. From the moment we made the reservation our experience with the staff was outstanding. We had over 30 people at the restaurant and the servers seamlessly took our orders and provided superb service. The food was overpriced and the flavors were average. But the restaurant’s ambiance and the magnificent treatment we received from the staff made up for it."

"Stopped by for lunch and had a great experience. We were promptly seated and our server Carolina was a joy. We all ordered fish and chips. The fish used here is Branzino, a type of Sea Bass. White, very flaky fish. This is no traditional fish in chips. The fish is a single piece, made up of a whole fish filet with the skin and tail attached. This is in turn breaded and fried, then served on a bed of home made potato chips and garnished with tartar sauce and greens. What a beautiful dish and the taste was amazing. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by the way the food was prepared and to a person raved about the flavor. For dessert we tried the cheesecake crème brûlée and an espresso panna. Delightful in every way. Excellent experience, we will definitely come again."

"My wife and I were met by Carlos and shown the table. He recommended the Ceviche tower which was superb. I had the Ribeye and she had the Steak Diane. Both were perfectly cooked and tasted phenomenal. Then, we opted for the Bananas Foster. Claudio came and cooked table side and gave us a great show with his flambé skills! Great spot, very romantic. Highly recommend."

"I be been too fine dining all over the country. I don’t get some of the concept with the food here hints why it taste ok. If they would just do a traditional menu thIs place would be first stars to compliment the nice staff."
