"The employee who works for your shoe department, was working today 12.24.23 around 4-6pm, is very rude and judgemental. I was picking up an instacart order, unfortunately had to ask him for the correct size (since only display shoes are out). He asked if they were for me, I said no, instacart. He just looked at me and shook his head, laughing and saying "oh... instacart". I asked him what was wrong with that, and he just kept laughing, I said it's pretty good money, I had made 170 already. He still laughs and tells me that's "nothing". 170 might not be a lot to him but to some people it is. He is very condescending. I also overheard him INSIST to a customer that his shoes were "too tight" but the customer mentioned that was just his foot. Later that evening I was at another store, getting things for CHRISTMAS EVE, and the same shoe department man just so happened to go to the same store, probably after his shift. He saw me and continued harassing me, laughing and saying "what, instacart again? That's crazy." before driving off. He should NOT be working in customer service, and is harassing and condescending. This is not right."
