"Our experience with Tutor Time was great from the initial tour of the facility with Ms. Jennifer to our final day in the Twos classroom. Our son started in their Toddler class and eventually made it to the Twos classroom. I can't say enough good things about the facility, but the teachers are warm, kind but stern with the kids when needed. They have a great outdoor play area, and the indoor cameras made us feel more at ease when choosing our first daycare. In particular, we feel Ms. Shannon in Twos was extremely helpful and formed a great bond with our son. It was even brought to our attention that our son showed potential signs of autism and although we had our suspicions, it was helpful to hear someone else's point of view. This can of course be a touchy subject to broach for any teacher, but we greatly appreciated the feedback. Our son has his own little quirks; however, we always felt the teachers cared for our son and made a tremendous effort for him to feel safe, loved and included. This is a great facility with even better teachers and staff, and we were more than happy that this was our son's home away from home."

"My youngest finished her last day at Tutor Time of Schaumburg on Friday (8/18/23), culminating a 10-year-long relationship that saw all 3 of my children under their care from infancy through age 3. I cannot say enough good things about this daycare. Over the past decade, I have gotten to know the teachers and the director at this facility very well. They have taken top-notch care of all 3 of my children. Before, during, and after Covid, the staff has always maintained a sparkling clean facility and made the children's health a priority - cases of communicable diseases were always communicated to parents promptly, bumps and bonks reported in a timely fashion, etc. The staff genuinely cares about the students - it meant so much to me that ALL the teachers knew my kids' names and would continue to ask about the older ones after they left. The kids were always well taken care of with a variety of activities and outdoor time, and I know my own kids were so prepared for "real" school both socially and academically because of their experiences here. I highly recommend and will miss getting to see these wonderful people every day."
