Hung up on me after I asked to speak to her supervisor."

"This Mesa and Resler location is terrible, the manager and some lady banker are the worse at customer service. I arrived on time for my appointment the banker was busy coloring! Yes coloring! When she finally decided to help us she was looking for excuses not to help us. Trying to reason with the manager and she is worthless and rude! Instead of opening my account they offered to close all account I have, they behaved like they own the bank. Never going to this location. They let their unhappiness and dissatisfaction spill over to the customers. So sad."

"This was 1 of 2 locations I visited to try and open a checking account, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly at both locations. Not having a banker available at the moment is understandable but I was not offered help as to when I could speak with one or to wait for one to be available. I am happy that I did not open my account here and chose a local credit union instead."
