"Worst experience I've ever had with a provider. I needed an x-ray for my 10 year son's arm, a direct referral from the school nurse to this location by address. I told the check-in staff that I think it's an issue with his tendon, but the school nurse wants an x-ray to be sure. They said, "if you think it's the tendon, we won't x-ray him. Even if the school nurse sent him here for the xray" My son said, "Wow, they can't even make sure it's not fractured" They refused to see him, let alone give him an x-ray because 'they don't treat tendons'. The school nurse wants an x-ray to make sure it's not fractured, but apparently, that's irrelevant to the front desk. They know better without even seeing him. Thank you for taking my call and discussing my concerns."
"No one wants their child to have a fever and ear infection on a holiday weekend, but if you do, make an appt here! We arrived early check in was smooth. There was no one else waiting and we got seen within 30 seconds of me signing our paperwork! They checked our child out and diagnosed the suspected ear infection easily and we were out of there before our actual appointment time! Thank you to all the staff for being open today 12/31. We will return next time we need after hours care. Oh and it was billed as a doctor office visit instead of urgent care, so the co-pay was lower for us."
"Normally I would give this place 5 stars. The other few times we have been in and out within a very timely matter. Very nice and helpful. But I took my infected daughter in an hour and 20 mins before they closed tonight and was told she couldn't be seen because since they had TWO appointments in an hour and 20 min timespan and not a single person in the waiting room. They couldn't check her for a routine infection that would have taken no time to do so, and now my kid doesn't get to see Santa tomorrow. She also now has to suffer until I can get her in elsewhere in the morning. Extremely upsetting for me since I can't take her in future weeks due to an upcoming surgery of my own."
"I took my daughter to the Wash U Children's After Hours for a double ear infection. She was seen by Dana Aronin, NP. Scheduling online was as simple as possible. My daughter was in a lot of pain, and unable to fall asleep. I am so thankful for the administrative staff, the nurses and the NPs for spending their evenings working so that children can get care after hours. I feel very thankful for this clinic, and wish children had more care options on evening and weekend hours. It is not lost on me that the staff is sacrificing this evening and weekend time, to take care of our kiddos. Thanks so all!"
"We could not reserve a time slot online but we decided to go as a walk-in and they were so gracious to double/triple book to care for my daughter. The Medical Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner showed so much compassion and were amazing. For being added our wait time was not long at all. We even received antibiotics and Tylenol before we left so we did not have to deal with a late night pharmacy pick up which was a true blessing. I cannot say thank you enough to Cassandra and Stacey. We will definitely be back :)"
