"Mostly everything is great except the breakfast and the Internet. The breakfast buffet actually costs money, but it's the exact same products and quality as every other holiday inn's free breakfast buffet. No one would spend $13 on cold boxed watery scrambled eggs. The Internet is so slow that I had to download my 1 page word document from one drive because it kept disconnecting and I couldn't edit it. That download also took over 20 minutes! Aside from that, the rooms are clean, the entrance is nice and grand, there is ample parking, the staff are super nice, and the location is convenient."

"I have been here several times before. The customer service at the counter was good as always. The room was clean as always. It's minutes from campus and downtown Peoria. The only issue I have is the breakfast. The sausage is either under cooked or over cooked. The eggs doesn't taste good. The bacon is very soft and salty. The only thing I would eat is the biscuits and gravy and the fruit. That's not worth $12.99 before tax. Also, the waitress attitude was not very cold. It seemed as if someone had stolen her dog. Everytime we eat there, I hope that we get someone else but to no avail there she is with the same attitude. I would recommend staying there for the comfort but not for the food."

"I have stayed here each summer for 10+ days for the last 4 or so years for a large event. There is a reason why I come back each time. The location is great, the front end staff have always been very helpful, and the food is excellent. I have tried almost everything on the menu at Johnny's without having a bad meal and the waiters and bar staff are great! I recently had an issue with a reservation and the front desk clerk Casey quickly got me over to William the manager who very promptly solved my issue. The customer service experience I received was exceptional. I will continue to stay here when I travel to town and have told many others to do the same that are traveling for this event."
