"I struggled with my rating on this. Our rooms were great, the location was awesome. Where we had a problem was reservations. I reserved 2 rooms. When we arrived from driving all evening at 10pm the night clerk said I only had 1 room. I showed her my reservation confirmation for the 2 rooms I paid for. She said, yes I see that, but I have to go by my computer. I had to purchase another room. When checking out the manager was on duty & I spoke to her. She looked it up & said yes you had 2 rooms, one room was listed in my guest's name, so the night clerk didn't pick up on that. (If you ever reserve rooms under your name, don't list the occupants, just use your name, so you don't confuse desk clerks.) I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the 3rd room I had to pay for."

"Great hospitality, staff was very helpful and friendly. We came to town for a gymnastics meet, and staff answered any questions we had being from out of town ,recommended places to go and things to do it was like having our own tour guides. rooms were amazingly clean ,floors freshly moped,coffee machine always stocked and great complementary breakfast. They really went above and beyond and always game ready!!!!!!!"

"Excellent customer service, nice clean rooms, big tasty hot breakfast, fitness room was great and had water, and we loved the coffee machine in the lobby. We stayed two nights for a funeral. Beds were comfy and it was quiet."

"If I could give them zero stars, I would. This has overall been the worst experience with a hotel I have ever had. When we got there, service was great. But upon going to the room, it was obviously not cleaned at all. There was dog hair inside the made bed, so the sheets were not changed whatsoever. There was a dog bone on the floor and other pieces of food as well. We cancelled our reservation and was told we would get a 100% refund. Later, we found out they had no intention of honoring that once they learned we used a third party website to book our reservation. In my opinion, a big company like this can honor their word regardless of who it was booked through due to our horrible experience. I am still conversing with this hotel a month later, and no one seems to know what is going on even though all I need from them is a simple email explaining a cancelled reservation for us to get our money back. If you don't want to sleep in someone else's dog hair, or get your money back, then do not book with this place."
