In a non intrusive manner, he politely followed us around and placed little mints on the covers for me and my wife as we tried out each bed on the showroom floor. "Ashley sent out a 20% off flyer so I went in and bought a couch. The next day, I look online and they have the same couch listed $500 less than in their store. So they agree to match their own online price but won't honor the 20% off. To be clear, they weren't matching a competitor price. This was their own. I'd highly recommend going into the store, find what you want and then go online because if you don't, you're probably overpaying and they're not going to make it right."
