"I’m so tired of this hospital. They barely keep it clean inside . The nurses aren’t very knowledgeable. Some don’t have the best attitudes or look friendly at front desk. You never really get results fast enough or before discharge. They come up with new policies every time you come . Why wouldn’t both parents be able to go back together bc we have an extra kid with us. We all drove in same car together & live together so what’s the difference? We should all be able to know what’s going on without having one stay in waiting room for 4 plus hours alone. Plz improve !!!"

"Staff was nice but they took forever to help us. It was fast getting to a room but it went downhill after that. We arrived at 9AM and didn’t leave until after 2PM and they did not give us the results we truly needed. They asked for a sample and didn’t even come back to retrieve it. I had to hunt someone down after a hour and a half of waiting! Then, they basically told us they have no explanation for what’s going on. That’s crazy!! We will not be going back any time soon. I went to a hospital specifically for children because I thought I would get answers but no. The only reason I didn’t give one star was because everyone was friendly. I was very disappointed because this is my first time experiencing this from them."

"I was very pleased with our experience. We were there for quite some time, but the WHOLE team was so polite, and most importantly THOROUGH! My child vomited for 24hrs but tested negative for the recent trend of virus’ but the team kept investigating, asking questions, and testing until they figured out what was going on. They even checked on me, made sure I was okay through the whole process, I was consistently told “let me know if you need anything.” I left the hospital expressing my gratitude, I was relieved because my child was really sick and I was scared. She did have a rough night post discharge but she’s much better this morning. I’d done my research prior to coming to Cardinal Glennon because it’s such a far drive. It was 100% worth it. Remember people typically write reviews when they have a “not so good” experience. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience for us."

"My daughter was seen at this amazing er with a lump on her jawline. As a parent I was beyond stressed not knowing what was going to happen. I knew we were in good hands the moment we were taken into a room one of the doctors came right in and examined my little one then next another. They ordered my child to have an IV started and my heart dropped the 2 amazing nurses actually angels is what I'm going to call them distracted my child including myself so well she nor I didn't even notice they already had the iv in. That magic numbing spaceship this hospital uses prior to the IV as they call it had to work since myself nor anyone else didn't have to hold my child down. The staff here are truly amazing from watching the helicopter take off as they wave at everyone to being greeted as soon as you walk inside. Only if other places treated you with such amazing hospitality our crazy busy lifestyles wouldn't be so stressful. Always remember before you judge anyone maybe step back to see how they are doing as we don't know everyone's story you may make a difference in the outcome for them."
