Little Caesars Pizza

"First time at this location. Used to work for Little Caesars in STL, was my first job, but these teens were definitely not trained on customer service. When asking if they had certain items that weren’t shown on the menu, they just automatically rang it up. I had to clarify multiple times that I just asked if they had that item, but they responded with, “do you want it or not?” Not knowing what toppings I’d want or anything. The communication was definitely off. So, I ordered a pretzel pizza and a Detroit style pizza. Once I got home, pretzel pizza wasn’t even cut and they sprinkled the salt all over the pizza not even on the crust. Tried to cut it, but after the first bite I was already grossed out by the saltiness. Then tried the deep dish, the middle was doughy and the sauce didn’t taste like their signature sauce. It’s like they added too much water or something to it, wasn’t right at all. I’m never going back to this location, it was just awful all around. Parking lots so tight, almost had drivers hit me the entire time I was there. Once I got to the drive thru window, had to wait over 10min for someone to come to the window just for them to ask me what I ordered. Then after repeating my order, they had me pay and send me to park at the front of the building just to wait 10 more minutes. Customer service, parking lot, food (looks and taste) was all awful… I’m sorry but please train better employees"

"I might be biased because this is the only little Ceasars I've been to, but I think it'd great. The service is always awesome and the food is always hot. Were are not fans of the prezetel pizza (too salty)."
