"The delivery driver on 2/21/24 at 9:15pm was extremely rude. Acted like it was our fault he went to the wrong place?, maybe shouldn’t be a delivery driver if he can’t read directions. Bangs in my door at 9pm at night like he was about to fight us?! Like are you kidding me??? What a joke."

"Food and service are the same rating because with this place they go hand in hand. Ordered 2 sausage and mushroom handmade pan pizzas with extra chees. Got the pizzas, spool much cheese the crust didn't cook properly, and quality control was on a break, the crust was PAPER THIN, and the pizza it's self had lines like it was cut, but was not actually cut. The pizzas were barely warm.... Not the first issue we have had with this place, wish it would just close if this is what they have to offer us as "pizza". Just dig in someone's trash can, you will probably get better food."

"Needs better consistency.... The toppings are enough on some nd not enough on others. Cheese also shouldn't be an extra topping on pizza for online orders, every pizza should come with cheese automatically."

"I ordered a pizza from them for delivery..they said 45 to an hour..waited hour an half for them..called them few times..a lady picked up the phone then put me on hold for 10 minutes and i hang up waiting for so long..i called again after 10 min waiting for my order and hungary..then the automatic system said order was completed..but i havent recvied it yet. I got so mad and called again..after 10 mins of getting hold of someone they said they made it as carry out by accident and they cant change the order to delivery now.. dominos is worse ..i shouldnt have trusted them once again..happened before too..and they didnt even apologize to it. Please do not order from them. It looks like it is not only problem..i ended up ordering from pizza hut and they were professional. Never again dominos. You dont exist anymore"

"Placed an order this evening and I didn't get my order. Online the tracker said it was being made and showed it was in the oven and went through quality check and then was sent out for delivery. After about 20 minutes the order was still not here so we called and after speaking to two people we found out our food wasn't even made . Very disappointed after an hour of wasted time and no food no coupon or complimentary item was even offered . They said they were out of sandwiches so they never made any of my order. Very displeased with this. They could have at least made the rest of my food and threw in a bread or pasta . Also I'm upset with the tracker this is entirely the reason I'm giving this a one star . You went through the entire process making me think I had my order on the way and it wasn't even made. So either the tracker doesn't work or someone lied either way this is very deceptive. So I decided to try to order a second time thinking it may be a bad night and did a pick up order ( June 6th)... and the following pictures are what we received... There are no words to describe this . No cheese and burnt . Called the store and got a very snotty person " Isabella?" Who didn't want to do anything about the order . Did not replace it and told us it was our fault for ordering online. If it had been a phone order she could have helped us . She was very rude and unprofessional. We did not look at the pizzas until we got home .. had we saw what we were getting we would have refused the pizzas and went to another place ."
