Papa Johns Pizza

"The thin crust heart shaped pizza with my added toppings was really good. However, surprisingly the pizza was NOT cut. I had to do that myself."

"Placed an online order for pickup. We live about 25 min away from the store, so I made sure to order as we were headed into town to allow plenty of time for them to complete the order. Upon arriving at the store, all the lights were on, and the open sign was flashing, but the doors were locked. I knocked on the door, and a guy came and said they were closed and tried to shut the door without any other explanation. I said I had an online order for pickup, and he rolled his eyes and said we are closed and the order call center is still taking them, so they just cancel the order at their end. I called the number back, and the call center acted like it was our fault they messed up and then hung up on us."

"I placed a carry out order and they gave me an approximate time for when the order would be ready, and I was supposed to get a text when it was ready for pickup. I arrived earlier than the estimated time, and the order had been sitting there for awhile, I never received any notifications."

"Pizza was good, hot and ready when I got there.. When you call in a pizza you get a middle Eastern phone center. Couldn't hardly understand him. And he got my pizza topping backwards on the pizzas. WAS NOT the stores fault. It was the stupid call center. The store did fix the problem and the lady was sorry about it. She said they have had alot of complaints about the call center."
