"Very friendly people."
"I went to ship a package with Fed Ex. I got home and looked at receipt and it said UPS and USPS? I was never given option and had no Idea this place uses all shippers. They have sign in windows that says FedEx ship center. I thought shipping was high ($80.50). I looked online at FedEx website with weights and measures on my receipt. FedEx said $63, so I called shipper and they said online pricing is different than storefront? They said the reason they shipped UPS is because it was cheaper. So I thought I would check out UPS rate and it was $65.25. I was not given the option to ship via. various shippers. To their defense I asked to ship it for least amount. I sent 2 packages one sent by me and another for my sister in-law. I was not asked return addresses for either and I have no Idea whos name was on the packages as shipper or return address. Ooh ya, the clerk did not ask value, what was in the box or if I wanted insurance. I hope it gets there in one piece. I guess the moral of the story is cut the mom and pop shop out and do everything online? I want to support mom and pop, but services is paramount. Maybe it was because of COVID? Ha, Ha, Ha! Sorry so long, I suggest you print labels online and find another store to fulfill your shipping needs."
