"In December, we had to ship an assortment of clothing, boots and accessories back to our home in AZ. The staff at the store were super helpful in helping us select which would be the appropriate box to use, listing out shipping options and really went above and beyond on all questions and help we needed. They literally packed the box for us and said they would take care of taping it up. When we got home to AZ, a few weeks later, we saw that they wrapped up my husband’s boots for us and some other items … which was a pleasant, unexpected, surprise. We really appreciated the 5* customer service."
