"First time to use facility, tried to call ahead to see if they processed Amazon returns and all you can get is an automated response. I will admit I was walking up at 6 bc I got held late at work but worker saw me coming and went to the door and closed and locked door as I was walking up. Obviously customer service is not their priority."
