"This establishment is the worst I have ever had to contact. Called to make a complaint and all the person could respond with was "this establishment has been around for a while and the buses will be extremely loud." Why would you want to invest in a home with a bus center in it? I for one would never have invested if I had known they were going to expand. Also for the bus driver who picks kids up on Kimberly Downs you need to learn to drive and not park in the middle of the road. Saw this occur and saw how wide of a bearth you took and almost hit a vehicle. This bus system is ridiculous."

"My son rides bus 113 to school every day! The past 3 days he's rode the bus he's been late. I had to do a lot of fighting in the beginning as well to get my son to school on time! The bus driver has completely left my son purposely, and today I asked the bus driver if my son was going to be on time because he's been late everyday. He starts snapping at me saying he has not been late every day, but he may have been late the past three days he wasn't there; he has been off which I corrected myself and said your right sir but is he going to be on time today? He continues to snap at me and also shuts the bus doors on me. Every time I call them they give some excuse. There is no reason this man should be acting so unprofessional. This needs addressed and with the correct procedures. I'm tired of my son being late and it's okay or the drivers being completely unprofessional. All he has to say is I understand your concern, but I have been sick or gone. I don't know what happened with the sub, but I am going to get them to school on time! Not that hard and it definitely would have taken less of his time had he addressed my concerns in a professional and correct manner!"

"We have been using bus service for years. The special education buses have been a great experience for us. However my mainstream child has to walk blocks to catch the bus, and this has been an issue, especially in the winter when it's below zero and the bus is late a lot, leaving him in the cold. At the end of the day last year he had to wait outside the school for a bus that was as much as 45 minutes late, so again this same issue. This is an asthmatic child, and he tends to get ill from the extra exposure when it's cold and windy. Overall my kids have been delivered safely home, and once when I tried to get him en route due to a family medical emergency with another child, they actually dropped him off at the hospital emergency room instead, which was way beyond my expectations. So while things have not been absolutely perfect, it has been a solid support for my family."
