McDonald's

"After placing a mobile or from home, then app told me to proceed to McDonald's drive thru, when I got there gave them my code they said it wasn't ready asked me ro pull up I waited 15min and then they came out and asked what I was waiting on, they didn't have my order anymore for some reason do they asked for my receipt, waited for another 5 to 8 min b4 they brought out my food, then my special order was't right either. Very frustrating. Was late to work. Had to wait cuz I had already paid on the app!"

"2-29 ordered a shamrock shake. Was asked to pull forward.was forgotten about and line had passed 3x or more the worker had seen me waiting whole time. I had to call to ask if forgotten. Finaly brought out a melted shake and I asked for refund n she said only if i give shake back as if me being late for work. Forgotten about for over 10 min till I called. She should have given me my refund n let me keep shake that was guna be tossed away anyways. It was a sorry for wasting my time. But no Nivea wasn't very kind and was rude. W locust McDonald's you really let me down today!!!!!!!!! 0 stars today!!!!!!!!! Don't forget we the people is who pays ur paychecks... be better!!!!!"

"I put two for service because I was pulled forward and parked for two McDoubles when I had to take food to my fiance on her lunch break but she only gets 30 minutes and I was there waiting for my food for about almost 20 it seemed like I know it was 15 for sure while five other cars got their food after me and I got tried to wait until I went inside and my food was sitting right there like I don't know why they couldn't have just sent somebody else out to give it to me but yeah my girl read my behind for being late missed half to break she just said so yeah I really should have gave it a one or if you guys give negatives maybe a negative five because then very aggravated if you must know my reason for putting two I'm actually going to go back and change it to one I wish I could do less"

"Why in the world did the marketing of McDonald's decide to turn a place that was dedicated to entertaining children to a place dreams come to die? You litteraly gentrified McDonald's like you have so many places good people used to live. You have destroyed any joy that used to come from eating at McDonald's. Shame on you."

"Made my order wrong two days in a row. I called to let them know I specified no meat & the manager shaunda, or however you spell it, just hung up on me because I didn’t want to come back to the store right now. Terrible service, dirty store, & my family will not be coming back."
