"Worst experience I've ever had. They messed up our whole order made everything wrong. When we called to get the order fixed the manager told us it was to bad cause she's not going to do anything about it. Went to go in the morning to speak to another manager and she was just as rude told us to bad cause we had ate the food we have 6 kids that we were trying to feed I shouldn't have to stave my kids cause no manager would make it correct worst service and I will never go back there."

"Everyone was very friendly and kind. They were respectful when speaking to the customers and you could hear laughter throughout the group. It was a very night atmosphere to eat and I was well pleased with everyone’s service. 10/10 will be coming back"

"Saw a manager make food while wearing gloves, touch the cash register, and go back to making food WTHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES NOR WASHING HIS HANDS! He then proceeded to argue with me about it being unsanitary. Only eat here if you want a helping of fecal bacteria in your food as money is literally the most disgusting thing you’ll encounter everyday. Fast forward months to today and I’m picking up food for a delivery service. Waited 30 minutes and I questioned a staff member about the wait. I was told they don’t make delivery orders a priority and drive thru orders are their priority. So even without the sanitation issues in the past, this is a horrible place to order food from as your business doesn’t matter to them even with someone there to pick it up."

"It is what it is, when you choose to eat there you get what you get. I don't blame the workers, I blame the corporation. All large entities are trying to turn a profit by offering a lesser produce for more money. It's not the Taco Bell of the 90's anymore. I don't think there is any meat in anything there, anymore."

"Id say my experience would’ve been around a overall 4 stars but I ordered 6 crunchy tacos and only received 4. I think this negligence is unacceptable and people working on the night of 10/08/2023 at 7pm should be help accountable for this. And yes I got charged."
