"Pharmacy was extremely rude and when I talked to the manager, they just shrugged it off."
"I had to refund my money because the staff double scan my stuff by accident. I did understand and didn’t blame her. The manager came to help her for my refund. When I got home and checked my bank account, I found that I didn’t receive a correct refund. It was less than I paid. Next time I will be more careful and will ask the manager for the refund slip."
"The constantly changing hours make scheduling regular application of mental health medication regimens very difficult, and patients find themselves revolving their lives around the strange, conditional hours of this pharmacy and the unrecorded alterations to their midday break. The irregularity of access to patient medication causes extreme grief and discomfort for people in a realm of their life that is completely out of their control and leaves them grasping for help in a worsening health system. This needs to be resolved as soon as fiscally possible or replaced."
"I just went to try and pick up a prescription that was sent to this location. I arrived to find that the Pharmacy is just closed. Not for lunch, or for any stated amount of time. It is completely out of operation "until further notice." Did they send my prescription to any of the SEVERAL other locations in Midland? No. Did ANYONE advise my healthcare provider that the pharmacy is closed when my prescription was sent? Nope. Did they even bother trying to give me a heads up? Also no. Of course, when they're ready to take money they have the ability to text that the prescription is ready. Apparently they can't use that system to, oh...I don't know...advise customers that they've just ABANDONED the pharmacy. The team member I spoke with on the phone was also zero help. The person who fielded my phone call advised: "we don't have access to nothing in the pharmacy." This articulate employee let me know that my ONLY option was to call my provider and have the script sent to another pharmacy. Absolutely pathetic. Doubtless Walgreens took a handsome fee, lining their pockets with tax dollars to administer Covid Vaccines. Evidently Uncle Sam pays well enough that the regular customers are simply an afterthought. The HEB across the street always has a long wait, but better to wait there than wait for Walgreens to decide it would like to be a Pharmacy."
