Sam's Club,

"Never order flowers from Sam's Club. I ordered flowers for my girl IN JANUARY (so they had plenty of time to get this right) to be delivered to her on Valentine's Day. They don't deliver the flowers from the local Sam's, or use local flower shops, they ship them from Florida via FedEx. Valentine's Day came and they screwed up my order. They didn't deliver the flowers; she never got them. Because they don't work locally, they couldn't fix their screw up on Valentine's Day. They could only reorder them from Florida and have them delivered again (maybe) at a later date. They are completely incompetent and they ruined my Valentine's Day surprise for my girl. I cannot convey to you how much I hate them for doing that. I asked for a refund and canceled my membership immediately thereafter, but that money cannot come close to compensating me for the disappointment and anger they caused both me and the person I love. I'll never set foot in a Sam's Club again. Never order flowers from Sam's Club."

"The store itself is fine. The Cafe has gone downhill. Put in a order for 6 pizzas for my son's bday party 3 hours before needing g them, when i return at the pick up time they haven't even started to make them at all. Then say "5 minutes". This is the 3rd time it has been like this and I wait on average 30-45 minutes. I don't recommend the Cafe at all."

"Shopping & paying for my items was easy, it took forever to wait in line while a lady checked all of customers tickets & items in their baskets at the door. If Sams is that worried about it, bring the checkers back! All you're doing is making people upset & want never to come back to the store."

"This Sam's club parking lot sucks because when they remodeled the front end that made it on a step slope that makes the carts go racing down them and crash into vehicles like mine and cause damage to a new car. This should have been know when building up this parking lot about 10 years ago. Same"

"They have everything I could think of and more. I would just randomly think of stuff, and they would have it. Mind readers, I don't think so, but they sure have a lot to choose from. The staff I entered acted with were very helpful and friendly too. Every time I go, I always leave with way more stuff than I had originally intended. Because of all the amazing things and great prices they have."
