After 20 years moving nearly every year as a military family, we've dealt with a LOT of different staff at a lot of different courier service stores, but we've had nothing but positive, friendly, helpful interactions here and are known on sight and greeted like family here. This tiny UPS store is tucked away on the Palo Alto college campus, and is not really the closest one to our house at a 23 minute drive away, but we use these guys exclusively, now, because we know every time, even if there is a line, we'll get whatever help we need and will be treated so well. CANNOT beat such stellar customer service! "

"Lost my package. The street name is visible as it is brand new. The house number is big and bold on the front of the house. Yet the picture proof of delivery isn’t my house. They threaten strike for more money and claim to be the best but can’t read! I avoid them 99% of the time because they’ve lost or damaged more items than received. Unfortunately this was my only choice. Question- how can you damage a class 5 receiver? Speaking about another order"
