"I live in the area and have seen this place for a while. I was looking, for weeks, for a place to print business cards, so I came here. The guy was cool but I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks now and cannot get an update unless I call. When I call and ask the lady who answers has said everytime. “We’ll call you when they come in” that was a week ago. They haven’t called. I’ve call back 2-3 times with the same response. When I emailed them I got a response that they “weren’t aware it had been so long”. My issue is more about the fact that it’s already paid for and I’m having an impossible time getting my product or an update. I gave them a template and logo so it’s not like they designed anything fir my cards. It was just print."

"Ive never had a problem here up until I chose the day to go when Art wasn’t there. A woman was there and she “helped” me, I stated I needed this there by Friday and it was urgent mind you I don’t know how mailing works or how their business works. So she shows me her computer screen and just points at the dates available and the pricing and the one for Friday was almost $100, so I called my aunt and she was iffy about it but she desperately needed the package and so I went ahead and did it. Friday comes and I check my tracking and it says arriving Monday so I panicked. I called Safe Ship and Art explained about how it works and how it wouldn’t have counted that day because it wasn’t going to get picked up until the next day, which I understood but everything he told me that Friday could have been told to me Wednesday the day I sent it, I needed the package to arrive to my aunts on Friday. The woman not once hesitated on charging me the amount she just pointed at the screen and basically I figure it out, she never told me “hey just letting you know it’s not guaranteed since it won’t be picked up today since it’s already late so I wouldn’t pay the $100” I would’ve just said it’s okay it too late I’ll just do the $12 shipment to arrive next week since my family needed it Saturday, might as well still send it to them just won’t be there for when needed and avoided spending $100!!! For it to arrive the next week. And for the letter received from y’all I do know how business days work but maybe train your employees better instead of just standing there and waiting to take your money, and maybe warn a person next time before they spend $100 on shipping and doesn’t tell you that same day you’re here at 6:10 pm it won’t get picked up today, again thanks for warning me."

"Great place to drop off packages! Owner is incredibly nice, Safe ship is my go to mailing company for when i have to mail out orders from my business! They also have a good selection of boxes, bubble wrap, bubble mailers, and more for affordable prices if you are ever in need. Packages get to my customers in only 2-3 days as i ship with usps!! Definitely recommend!! :)"

"Owner is one of the nicest people you will meet. Very professional and friendly and prices are THE BEST PART, he does it all ! I constantly come here for printing , he also did an amazing job when I had 10 mins to print a graduation certificate that ended up being the wrong thing to print , and he went out his way to find me one for a pre kindergarten student the very last of school right before our celebration! It is now hanging in a beautiful frame and he really went above and beyond within minutes when he did not have to and I was in a rush. The customer service is always speedy and great. You won’t find better pricing anywhere and I am always very happy when I leave here . I know leaving Amazon returns with him also are always going to be in safe hands and picked up . This is a very trust worthy place and I will always continue to do business here . Five stars doesn’t not do justice for the business he runs. Place is always nice and cool. Ac running . And it’s CLEAN there aren’t packages everywhere either like other review say that is a LIE. This guy is professional ."
