"This is the second birthday party we’ve had for our granddaughter and it was a big success both years. Fun, safe atmosphere and our birthday hostess,River, was amazing! Thank you Skate City!"

"Attended with small child and some of child’s friends for a small birthday celebration. Didn’t have enough participants for party size that booking pays for, so wasn’t wasting the money. Brought cupcakes in, after being able to get in with them the manager approached our table snagging our cupcakes and stated “you’re not allowed to have these”. After asking her to elaborate on why she said “it’s a corporate policy and against health regulations”. I brought it to her attention that it was nowhere on the company’s website. Her response was “I don’t know what’s on the website”. I questioned how does this fall under health code when other parties brought in their own cupcakes/cakes; again she had no response other than “it’s corporate policy”. Don’t use the excuse it’s against health regulations when others brought in the same stuff. My assumption is because those were booked parties. I didn’t want to even stay at this point to patronize the business, if it wasn’t for ruining it for the kids we would have all left. We brought in revenue and were buying food/drinks from their concessions. The skating rink doesn’t offer to purchase cakes or cupcakes. Again, there’s a better way to have handled this other than blaming it on health. Add something to the website to clear this up for any future patrons from getting upset and ruin the child’s bday celebration."

"We came out here with the mascoutah elementary school. Lots of fun! This place started to turn into a bad spot and it's nice to see it has turned around for the better. Place was very accomodaring, very clean and great staff on hand that was very helpful."

"My daughters love skating here. Staff is friendly and professional. It is clean inside. Skates look new. Sad that they removed the laser tag area. Skate area is still the same and very fun to skate at. Prices are average. Old owner had it setup that when you picked up your skates you handed them your shoes. New owners do not store shoes. You have to find a place to store your own shoes."
