"I was very disappointed with my visit to this store. The staff did not seem to care about hygiene or customer service. For example, one employee mopped the floor around me while I was ordering, splashing dirty water on me. The mop smelled bad and made the whole place stink. My food was also unsatisfactory. The fries were cold, the drink was underfilled, and the order was wrong. The only positive thing was that one employee apologized for the mistake. I did not enjoy my meal at all and I regretted not throwing it away. I think this store has a serious problem with leadership and culture. The owner and the managers should train their employees better and hire people who care about their work. I will never come back to this site again."
"I was just at this location eating when a worker swept dirt up in a pile right next me sweeping real hard when he was close throwing dirt at my feet right around 2:45pm - 2:50pm. I walked out just so mad i couldnt finish my desert. He grabbed the dust pan after sweeping the whole store in a pile 2 - 3 feet from me right next to my table then aimed the back of the dust pan tword me and swept real fast and hard into the dust pan. It was a small African American I'd say 30 - 40 years old wearing all black with his hood up I could see he had tatoos all over his hands and i think neck. And a black beard about 1-2in long as I stared at him almost punching him!!! Foreal. He was a little guy about 5.5 feet tall about. He maybe had some gold teeth im not forsure but for no reason, I guess he don't like white people. This little guy needs fired right away someone could beat him up in the store and cause a big scene. I wouldn't want this little guy to get hurt or make the location worse with all these type of vibes and people."
"I went to this McDonald’s last night after getting off of work and I went to the second window they gave me a small drink whenever I was charged a medium drink and we were asked the worker he was sort of kind about it, but he claimed that I had the medium, even though the cups and small for fountain drinks but he still told me that I was wrong, and that the machine does all the drinks. So they need to fix their machine or else they need to fix the Cups because people are expecting a medium with their meal or large and they’re getting the wrong size of drink"
"Absolutely, the worst service I have ever received at MacDonald's. That's saying something. Ordered for curbside delivery. They forgot my fries. I drove around to the drive thru and told them to bring my fries to the same curbside spot. I didn't want to wait for the 5 cars in front of me. I parked and went inside after about 10 minutes with no fries. There was another person with a complaint in front of me. When I could speak to an employee, told my story. Demanded a refund and that my order be remade. I don't know what that person did with the information but after several more minutes some else asked if I had been helped. I repeated my story and the person yelled to the back for Nicky. Still crickets.... Eventually, another person came up to see what I needed. Told my story, again. Refund and remake order. After order was remade, that person refused to refund my money. What should have been a 5 minute transaction took a half hour. The whole place seemed disorganized without anyone directing or supervising. Employees seemed like they didn't care, no sense of urgency."
