I originally was planning a move from Hobbs NM to Albuquerque NM , but that was not in the cards for me so I was able to call and have them keep it in lubbock tx so it could put our belongings in a storage with our Son in Lubbock and saved me to quite a bit in time and money"

"I requested the cubes a month in advance and was told it would arrive between 8am and 12pm the day of the move. Instead they arrived at 6pm with a group of employees that didn't even know how to get the fork lift off the truck. After an hour of them getting instructions over the phone, and failing, I finally told them we would just get a Uhaul. I wish I could give them 0 stars."

"Used U-Pack to move from Texas to Illinois and they were fantastic to work with at both locations. Everyone from scheduling and dispatch to the drivers were wonderful. Their estimate of how much trailer space I would need was spot on. I would highly recommend them. Just make sure you account for load tie downs and moving pads when you are estimating your moving expenses because they are not included."
