"Went to see Metallica. This place is not disabled friendly. I also felt like if there were a fire or something a lot of people would not be safe. Ever escalator was going up… only stairs to go down. Elevators were no place visible and no one working there could answer questions regarding getting out of the building or help for people with disabilities. Parking was between 25 and 50 dollars with that you get a very long walk. Drinks were ridiculous priced. $10 for a beer or 12.50 for a half shot drink. No smoking legal marijuana and one smoking area that’s hard to get to for smokers. My first concert in St. Louis and I wasn’t impressed and I’m gonna have to really love love the band before going to a concert here again."

"Great venue! Walked around prior to the show and didn't seem like there'd be a bad seat in the house. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downsides, parking was rough so be ready to walk. Also, concessions were very basic. And I say this because where I'm from stadiums have a variety of options. Otherwise, awesome venue."

"I really enjoyed this venue. Perfect for concerts and I'm sure much more. Parking is a little hectic, however you can find spots that you don't have to pay to park at and rather close. It was very easy to access the venue from the area I went into. There was not a long wait. The food and beverage section was really good. I will definitely be doing here again."

"Awesome venue, first time I have ever been to a show that big. Metallica & Pantera!!! The show was great, the sound was good, beer and food were high as to be expected. Everything is credit card, which is annoying. Other than that had an awesome time."
