"The school year has not yet begun but unfortunately I'm am already getting a poor first impression of this school. Getting registered was made very difficult here. I came in and had to wait about 25 min to be seen while almost every parents child was crying because that have to sit in silence for the duration on 2 an 1/2 hrs children . Why do they not have a play center for young children to wait? Just at least a toy or 2 or even some books would help. Even public places of business have this. I finally was called and I was given registration packet , wich was about 10 pages long front to back to read every word and put information took about 25 min the same it took me to wait to be seen . So why don't they give the parents the packets when they first walk in ? Instead of wasting our valuable time just sitting and waiting. Some of the parents were also very frustrated because of one the front office women being rude . The schools purpose is to be doing a service for the community to serve and help us but instead it felt like we were a file in there drawer getting tossed around. Signing your child up for 9 months of what is supposed to be good education should never be such a hassle ,nor frustrating."
