"what an amazing experience! i surprised my partner with a cooking class at CM because he loves shopping there. the instructors were very kind and knowledgeable. we did the ‘night up in flames’ class and it was so fun to flambé our 4-course meal! everything tasted great. they were also very generous with the wine. i would definitely do another class!"

"It was so such a fun cooking class. We made Shu mai, gyozas, egg rolls, and bao. It’s not as good as some of the authentic Chinese dim sum I’ve had but good enough, especially if you like homemade ones. They also served 2 glasses of wine during the class. For the $70 we paid, it was definitely worth it and we will be back."

"Guest Chef was Trish Murphy, so we not only were able to enjoy delicious food and wine but had some musical entertainment as well! Trish took party recipies and added a healthier twist to them that really took food to the next level. Caramel Corn Custard Pie was simply amazing. Trish and her brother Darin singing and playing guitar at the end was top notch! Hope to see her as a guest Chef again!!!"
