"I asked for a highlight with a darker color to cover the gray. They put a toner on it which I told them I didn't want, anyway my hair wasn't highlighted it was all the same color. Then the cost was $100. I won't go back. They also speak Spanish where you can't understand them unless you speak Spanish. Not a good experience."

"I should had read the reviews prior going here. But the negative reviews are real. I went to color my hair and it cost 60 dollars for one color. Can out feeling ripped off as they base rate is 25 plus 5 dollars extra for needed products. The color I wanted didn’t even come out correctly. Def would be cheaper to go to an actually salon. As the student who took care of me was not attentive or welcoming. There was a language barrier but there was no attempts to bridge that gap. Very unorganized as well at times my I had three different students taking care of my hair."

"Okay so you can expect to be here for a little bit...but - it's TOTALLY worth it!! As soon as I arrived - the front desk clerk matched me with a student within minutes, my hair was assessed within minutes, and I was well on my way to a full head of long hair being colored. After 45 minutes, my hair was throughly rinsed and washed/conditioned, and I was well on my way to a great great great haircut...did I mention it was GREAT! The teacher Ms. Cynthia was AMAZING, and the student Ms. Olga was AMAZING!!! Two wonderful ladies working on my hair and it is the best cut and color I've EVER received- thank you ladies!!! Oh and I also got Gel Nails (sorry I forget my nail ladies name, she was likewise great!) I paid $55 total for EVERYTHING! So full color, cut, blow dry, manicure, and Gel Nails!!!! Whoop!!! Couldn't be more happy! One thing that I will say, is to make sure you allocate about 5 hours of your time. Not to worry though - if you prepare your mind ahead of time and exercise patience - you will not be sorry! Glad I came today, will definitely come back!"
